TachoAnal runs on our own EU-based infrastructure. Tachograph files - which include driver personal data - never leave our controlled environment.

Data Protection (GDPR)

• Tachograph files contain personal data and are processed in accordance with the GDPR.
• Analysis is automated but every finding is reviewed by the fleet manager before any action is taken.
• Data is deleted at the end of the agreed retention period.

Security

• Encryption at rest and in transit.
• Hash-chain tamper detection.
• Regular backups and a disaster recovery plan.
