How to read these results
This analysis is generated from the tachograph files you provide, under Regulations (EC) 561/2006 and (EU) 165/2014.
A tachograph file does not always show the whole picture: time away from the vehicle, paper records, and exemptions can be invisible to it. That is why we separate:
- Infringements we are certain about - regulation-proven violations that carry a fine.
- Advisory findings which flag something worth a compliance officer’s review but are never shown as a fine.
This distinction is fundamental: we will never show a fine for something we are not certain is an infringement.
This report is a compliance-management aid, not legal advice. Review findings with your transport manager before acting on them.
