2. Scope

This policy covers the website tachoanal.com. It does not cover the TachoAnal service application (app.tachoanal.com).

3. What data we collect

Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested. Purpose: operation and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact forms: name, business email, company name, phone, message. Purpose: responding to your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Newsletter: if you sign up, we process your email on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing (Article 22 GDPR).

4. Recipients and transfers

The website is hosted on EU infrastructure (Contabo GmbH, Germany). If you consent to statistics cookies, the recipient is Google Ireland Limited. We do not transfer data to other third parties unless legally obliged.

5. Retention periods

• Server logs: 90 days
• Contact form submissions: 12 months from last contact
• Consent records: 12 months
